Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for representing our company's product, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge and insights gathered through consumer research, to effectively communicate how our solutions align with customer needs. Your duties will also encompass lead generation and relationship-building, where you will nurture warm prospects and actively seek out new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales executives for further engagement. Furthermore, your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and implementing best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects and trends to create appropriate communication
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities on online communities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales manager
  • Utilize HubSpot for sales updates, manage pipeline
  • Manage and maintain CRM and Outreach tool
  • This role may require occasional US shift
Requirements and Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

  • Assist with the development of QA software for our testing facility.
  • Help developing test suites, both manual and automated.
  • Oversee the production of all software products created by our design and programming team.
  • Monitor and review quarterly data based on suppliers’ reports.
