We’re not your average bunch of software nerds (though we do have a few!)

We’re a team who believes in working hard and partying harder (mostly with a beer mug in hand). We bring together expertise in product development, data science, and customer success to continuously innovate and deliver excellent solutions to CS teams. 

OUR STORY

The Spark That Ignited Our Passion For Customer Success

ZapScale was established in 2021 by the founder trio Manasij Ganguli, Mausmi Ambastha, and Bratish Goswami. Having previously led a start-up to over 150 customers across 16 countries with a remarkable CAGR of 170%, and successfully exiting the business in 2018, the amazing trio decided to embark on a new venture.

While building their first start-up, they developed effective customer success strategies that resulted in an annual churn rate of 1.5% and a significant 35% increase in upsell revenue. Leveraging these invaluable experiences, they founded ZapScale with an aim to make Customer Success 10-times easy for SaaS companies.
