It signifies whether customers understand your product and are equipped to use it effectively.
How To Calculate Onboarding Completion Rate?
To calculate the Onboarding Completion Rate, divide the number of users who completed onboarding by the total number of new customers, then multiply by 100.
(Number of users who completed onboarding / Total number of new users) * 100
An Example Of Onboarding Completion Rate
You have a 10-step onboarding process for new users.
- Out of 100 new users, 80 complete the entire onboarding process.
- Onboarding Completion Rate = (80)×100=80%
